Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample cheking is available
Q: What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs around 1-3 days coz it’s our newest product, mass production time needs 15 days for order quantity below 1000pcs
Q: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS or Fedex. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional
Q: How to proceed an order for flood light?
A: Please contact me if you are interested in our LED light, Send inquiry to me or talk with me online.Then I'll quote you according to your requirement. Bulk order after sample order is a good choice!
Q: How to proceed the order if want to print my logo on led light product?
A: Firstly, show us your design with AI format, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. if mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production
Q: Do you offer guarantee for this new product? How long?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty for free charge after sale.
Q: May I know more about after service with faulty?
A: Sure.
Usually, each product is with at least 3 times test, this way to ensure defective rate is within 0.2%
During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation
